Hi all! This blog is dedicated to a mini-series too large-ish to be chronicled on Don Cardwell. Also, I'm starting to fill up on post ideas and drafts on that blog and have been really lazy when it comes to writing and posting them, so hopefully this is just easier.
So, what's the deal over here?
Many collectors dislike slabbed cards. I don't personally hate them, and own a few of my own. However, I would agree that most slabbed cards cost too much money. This blog is for a fun new idea that entered my mind palace last night. Any guesses?
Ever so occasionally, I will purchase a slabbed card at my local card shop, break it open and let it get some fresh air, and then send the card to whoever wants it via PWE. Great idea, right?
To be perfectly honest, I have no idea if this is a good idea or not. I'll find out soon enough if this is an awful or a wonderful thing to do.
Considering the fact that I've been writing Don Cardwell for just over two years, maybe starting an entirely new blog isn't the best idea....but I'm not known for great ideas. Like I said, posts on this blog will come around scarcely. I partly wanted to make a sister blog that looks cool lol
